“Michael and I served together as members of the Management Team at EcoWater Systems. Michael joined the organization in a Marketing Communications role, and was quickly promoted to the Director of Dealer Sales & Marketing. This market segment was particularly challenging as the distribution channel is a franchise, resulting in little centralized control. Michael was able to quickly establish credibility with the Dealers by listening to their unique concerns, and developing programs to effectively address them. He was successful in this role in large part due to his ability to recruit and train a solid team. He demonstrated strong coaching and mentoring skills which were instrumental to his success. He is a calm, confident leader who inspires the trust of his team, his colleagues, and the organizations top leadership. ”
