Working for Frank was educational. He treats his reports with respect and empowers them to succeed. Frank won't back down in a fight and he has robust experience to back himself up. His people are fiercely loyal and he returns that loyalty to the best of his abilities. Sometimes politics and empire building get in the way of Frank's goal of everyone working together toward a common goal, but it doesn't stop him. He has gone to bat for so many people and taken a few shots himself from the higher-ups. Don't let his gregarious behavior beguile you. Frank is a consummate professional who fights for the game, the company and all of the employees. I wouldn't want to find myself on the opposite side of the table from him, but, working along side him is an incredible experience. I would not hesitate to work with Frank again in the future if the opportunity arises. ”
