As our Marketing Director, Lexy was meticulous, thoughtful, and strategic. She had a great ability to command the team, and focus clearly on execution. Lexy is someone who just knows how to get things done. Lexy's greatest strength in my opinion is her natural leadership qualities, her ability to inspire and motivate. She saw me through many professional transitions, as I myself was working in my first position of this kind, managing for the first time, and making choices that had impact on my organization. She coached me through every one of these professional milestones, providing incredible insight that allowed me to feel empowered in my role, confident in my choices, and supported in a manner where I knew my impact was felt. She helped me crusade for more aggressive career goals and attain them. I am very thankful to her for this important impact she has made on me and my career at a formative point in my life. Lexy is a natural leader. She was a great Marketing Director because her knack for impeccable execution paired with the ability to inspire and motivate led to some great successes for our team while she was at the helm.
