It required cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and subject matter expertise. The project presented many milestone and budget challenges that had to be worked through but in the end, the rollout and conversion have been very successful. The new logo, website and brand platform have received very positive feedback from all Minnetronix stakeholders (e.g.: employees, shareholders, BOD, customers, etc.). The success of this project is due in large part to Leah’s leadership, direction, oversight, and execution. The results enhanced and added value to Minnetronix.
