How can you use your tone to show enthusiasm for your product or service?
Enthusiasm comes natural if you believe in what you’re selling. Customers see straight through the BS if that’s what you’re feeding them. Understanding what your customer actually needs/wants and customizing a solution based on that is how your customer will hear enthusiasm in your voice.

How can you effectively communicate with clients during times of change or uncertainty?
Uncertainty and change are an inevitable force of life. I’ve always found the truest value in remembering the human factor. Showing respect to their time, what makes them tick, their communication style, and what they value in a conversation are a few ways I do that. Roll with the change and uncertainty, adjust as needed, pick up what they’re putting down, and remember they’re human too.
