I was constantly impressed by Lauren’s professionalism, her eagerness to learn and her ability to adapt seamlessly to a challenging workplace. Within days Lauren had an excellent grasp of the brief and was proactively producing work far beyond what was expected from an intern. As a result, I had no problem assigning Lauren complex tasks including detailed policy research and briefings. I would say that I’d hire Lauren again in a second but if she carries on at this rate it will be her doing the hiring.”
