Future Engineers hosts online innovation challenges for K-12 students. In 2014, Future Engineers launched its inaugural 3D printing in space challenge, sponsored by the ASME Foundation with technical assistance from NASA, which produced historic achievements including the first student-designed 3D print in space. Based on that success, and through the support of the U.S. Department of Education's SBIR Program, Future Engineers launched a multi-challenge platform in 2018 capable of hosting STEAM challenges of all kinds. I read and review scripts submitted to The Missouri Stories Scriptwriting Fellowship, an international competition for screenplays and television pilot scripts with storylines set in Missouri. In the competition, three writers’ scripts will be chosen. Winners receive an all-expense-paid trip to the concentrated fellowship experience, held in Missouri. The competition is held by the Missouri Film Office.

Invited to receive social media credentials for the launch of NASA Commercial Crew's Crew-5 launch aboard the Falcon 9 rocket on October 5, 2022. Assist with organizing and creating events geared towards LGBT+ students, alumni, and interested candidates of LaunchCode under Code with Pride.

Unite alumni/graduates back to LaunchCode under Alumni Board. Help LaunchCode to grow and reach out to alumni and students in order to not only feel more comfortable within the organization, but also to gain identity.

Core Values Judge (FLL) - Selects team award recipients through interaction with teams and contributing to the deliberation process.  Interview and observe teams in the Judging rooms, Pit, and on the playing field.  Position serves as a role model for the team members. As a volunteer, I play a wide variety of roles in support of activities and programs in the Skyport, on the Star Shuttle, Star Bay, Star Bridge, and Mission Mars exhibits, as well as the planetarium, itself. (Volunteers on hiatus starting March 2020 due to COVID-19.)

As Treasurer, I kept track of expense allocations for all chapters of the PRIDE Business Resource Group. The group served as a clearinghouse of information, resources and a single point of contact for Mastercard to know and better understand the primary concerns of LGBTQIA+ employee.

Ordered books for and facilitated the quarterly book club with another co-lead for all chapters of WLN. WLN focuses on improving Mastercard by creating a powerful community of women. It hosts speaking events with female leadership, and volunteers for innovation challenges and with local organizations like Connections to Success and Safe Connections.
