With more than 40 years of experience as a Tax and Bankruptcy Attorney successfully representing clients in all stages of debt problems, I can distill it down to simply this: I fight for anyone out there struggling with crippling tax debt.
In my studies, I explored various kinds of debt people could incur, often through no fault of their own, and saw that bankruptcy was very useful in discharging debt. I pursued degrees in tax and bankruptcy law, becoming a practicing attorney in both.
I'm obsessed with solving people's tax debt issues and improving their situations. I learned that taxes CAN be discharged in bankruptcy too!
I've always been laser-focused on solving my clients' tax debts through effective negotiation with the IRS and state entities in solving their problems.
So much so, that I named one of my primary practices exactly what it is: Tax Problem Solver!
And knowing tax and bankruptcy law gives me the double-edge of successfully negotiating in both worlds.
As a tax law expert, I speak nationally via seminars and webinars to CPAs, EAs, and Bankruptcy Attorneys about tax debt resolution and bankruptcy. I aim to instruct my audiences on how they can add to their bottom line by adding tax debt solutions to their practices.
For bankruptcy attorneys, I created Tax Discharge Determinator, an affordable, easy-to-use, online tool to determine when tax debts are dischargeable in bankruptcy. They can avoid malpractice and create a new revenue stream.
