“After my book was released, I was fortunate enough to do a number of interview in print, radio and television, but the most positive media experience I had, by far, was appearing on "Think" with Krys Boyd. It was immediately clear that she had not only read my book, but had put a great deal of thought into the interview. Her questions were intelligent and extremely well-considered, but more than that, she allowed herself to connect to the story. The resulting interview was my favorite of all the media appearances I gave, and it's the one I point people to when they want to know more. I was a fan of Krys's show before my interview, but listening now, I am more aware than ever at how hard she works to give every subject she interviews the very best she has. I wish every journalist I worked with had measured up to her level of professionalism and real humanity, but then, perhaps she set that bar impossible high.”
