“Kristen Moore is quite simply the best at what she does. She knows exactly what she wants, and how to enlist the help of the best team members and outside parties to not only get it - but to help be a part of the process in understanding the best way to achieve it. And by that I mean that she can think literally with the best of them, but she understands what it means to bring the best people in and get them producing their best work, not just completing tasks. She delivers positive change that appears as nothing less than organizational transformation to the outside. Kristen knows how to play the game and be a part of a large, traditionally managed organization, yet deliver results like a small innovation driven team. She constantly walks the line between tender and fierce and is just an all around great person to work with. She pushes everyone to do their best, digs in hard when she's not getting it, and is a major part of why everyone is so satisfied with themselves when they deliver it. I respect and admire Kristen Moore, and so does everyone else I have ever worked with that has been involved with her in any capacity. She is a force of nature and would make a highly valued member at any organization, right at the top of the organization chart. ”
