How do you handle non-recurring items and accounting differences when using market multiples?
Nonrecurring items often end up in the other income (expense) section of the income statement as well. Not all one-time non recurring items end up there but many do. Getting the detail of what is in the other income (expense) section is helpful in identifying nonrecurring items.

I am currently part of the advisory council to establish the first chapter of FEI in Utah. We are currently working on a very compelling membership package that will include free membership the first year and a very reduced membership fee in year two. I believe this organization will meet an under served need in the business community, which is an organization that is truly focused on the needs of finance executives.
