Conceptualize, Create, Deploy and Manage Mortgage Companies

I grew from a mortgage broker working out of my house to a mortgage banker for conventional and full-eagle FHA products. Bought a building and kept growing revenues year after year. Was licensed in over 20 states. Designed and deployed very streamline lending platform. And, some other stuff.

We handled residential mortgage services. I sold it to a great escrow manager who successfully grew the business and she is still going strong today.

Launched an insurance company to provide clients with the ability to buy mortgage protection insurance in the event they lost their job, had a disability or death.

I received an MGA (Managing General Agreement-wholesaler) to grow the business from AIG.

We launched a niche plastics manufacturing company to fill smaller orders. Was a lot of fun to build it from the ground up.

I was a consistent top performer for Fleet Bank through self-generated business through my Realtor network.

I was a consistent top performer for Great Western S and L through a very difficult time in the lending industry. All business was self-generated through my Realtor network.
