When I started, the NY branch was the 5th largest branch in North America's largest market. By my second year, it was #1 and has not fallen lower than 2nd since. The award was determined based upon total EBITDA, CAGR and overall rep performance heavily weighted upon by new account acquisition. Overall we took the attrition rate from -12%…

Overall we took the attrition rate from -12% to -6% and improved GM% by 1.5%. Out of the 13 reps reporting into the branch, 10 had their best year ever as we rolled out new processes and technology to support acquisition and compound growth.
