Setting boundaries is a form of SELF respect. I'll be the first to say that it won't be easy, yet it will be worth it. Start with asking yourself, how much is my happiness and inner peace worth? Next you have got to get uber honest with yourself of where and how you want to share your energies. Get laser focused and watch your life blossom. The folks around you will either get on board for the ride or they will fall off like rocket boosters when your spaceship is reaching outer space. Either way, it's a beautiful process to witness.

Woosah! Master the power of the pause. Take a moment to gather yourself so that you can RESPOND rather than REACT. Most of us take things personally. When you realize it's not about you, you can be more like more like water. Pro tip, research Bruce Lee quotes, the dude was ahead of his time.
