    We are living in a time where some may call it racist, or some may call it retaliation. We have people speaking up on social networks giving there opinions and expressing there concerns. We have people deleting each other who have been friends for the longest. Everyone has a voice, everyone can speak on the issues at hand. But what it really boils down to is accountability. We all say we need leaders but what you don't know is that your a leader in your own way. In order for things to shape up…

    We are living in a time where some may call it racist, or some may call it retaliation. We have people speaking up on social networks giving there opinions and expressing there concerns. We have people deleting each other who have been friends for the longest. Everyone has a voice, everyone can speak on the issues at hand. But what it really boils down to is accountability. We all say we need leaders but what you don't know is that your a leader in your own way. In order for things to shape up and get back in order is you have to start being accountable for yourself and the people around you. Check your friend, your family member, your relationships,etc. Hold them accountable for the actions and what they are thinking about doing. Stop talking about others and shows Love. Your looking for one man to change the society but in reality that man or woman is looking for people to change themselves and bring unity, starting from there own relationships and household.

    You can't change anything until you change yourself and be accountable for all that's around you. You cant change the world if your bashing other people's opinions and degrading other people. That's just feeding the source for things to be worse.

    Change starts within. Leaders start within, accountability starts with you.

    Not everyone will be on the same page but if you can attract one then that one can attract another and another and another. Start there.
