    Kathryn is a Co-Chair of the American Institute of Architects - New York Chapter - Emerging NY Architects (ENYA). Throughout the years Kathryn has led many community service efforts (Volunteer Day, Earth Day), created scholarships (ENYA ARE Scholarship Programs), developed a mentorship program (Torch Mentorship Program), hosted symposiums (FutureNOW: Reimagining the Industry through Data Disruption and FutureNOW: Computational Thinking) and networking events for the community (Monthly committee meetings, Happy Hours, Trick or Treat Firm Crawl, etc). She launched the Beyond the Boards program (quarterly program) to provide access for emerging leaders to be welcomed into various NYC Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firms, to watch a presentation on the projects they are working on, and have access to the job site in which the presentation was on. BTB was powerful for the emerging professionals which don't get much job site access/ experience. Kathryn has pushed the boundaries in ways to help her community. She's worked with many different sponsors to make it all happen. Kathryn is also a certified instructor for the Architect Licensing Community and teaches the ARE Bootcamps and Workshops.
