    • Spoke and advocated for Puerto Rican students affected by Hurricane Maria, getting the extension of our in-state tuition waiver approved to generate over $80,000 in financial aid for 244 students.
    • Created and presented a seminar for the Puerto Rican Student Association, helping over 50 UCF Puerto Rican undergraduate students with the school credit transfer equivalency process.

    Poverty Alleviation

    Volunteered at their Fort Myers branch and helped with the sorting of goods such as can foods and blankets. We prepared them in banana boxes so associated food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, and churches can pick up them up and distribute them to those in need.
