Community Coordinated Response

ABC House is a member of the MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) team in both Linn and Benton Counties. Being a member of the MDT allows all community partners to work together to provide a coordinated response to children who are suspected of having been abused. Through this coordinated response the team can ensure that clear objective information is gathered, at the same time ensuring the child and family are supported through the process and provided the necessary services enabling them to begin the healing process and move forward with a happy, healthy life. Incorporated in June of 1974, Millersburg sits in the heart of the fertile Willamette Valley. The tiny city offers a beautiful eleven acre park with a large shelter for year round use. It boasts of a volleyball court, a jogging path, a tennis court and an outside basketball court. Two baseball fields, playground equipment and horse shoe pits round out the park amenities. In 1984 the city built its City Hall which is located on Old Salem Road. The Millersburg city government consists of the Mayor, four councilors and a Planning Commission of nine. There are five paid city employees, the City Recorder, the assistant Recorder, part time office assistant and two grounds maintenance people. Show less
