“I had the pleasure of working with Jacob at the Microsoft Company Store where he worked customer facing in a sales role, worked with inventory management, visuals and demo deployment in the store. As a stretch role he served as a moderator for the executive briefing program and as second chair for customer engagements with the Envisioning Specialist team. His customer obsession was palpable, he always went above and beyond to ensure the best customer experience possible. Jacob is highly adaptable, never saying no to a challenge and quickly adjusting to new situations. He is a prime example of growth mindset, always seeking to learn and improve. Furthermore, Jacob was an excellent collaborator, working well with others to achieve common goals. He also had strong communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying information and ideas to both team members and C-level executives while delivering demos and presentations. Additionally, He is extremely creative in their thinking, coming up with innovative solutions to problems and challenges. I highly recommend Jacob for any role that requires strong customer obsession, adaptability, the ability to collaborate, communication and presentation skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to think creatively.”
