She was able to surprise David by making a beautiful board that keeps track of the teams CEM. She created an awesome looking binder for all of the meeting notes, coachings, and handouts David has given her (yes, David, we do get a lot of handouts but it's only to help us). Judy sends out the CEM reports, and recognizes the team as shining stars, whether if it was a good or a bad score. She also is known to send out helpful phrases that can enhance our calls, which will in turn enhance our CEM scores. Judy is a consistent banker, she is always striving to go above and beyond for her customers and the team. She is one of the first to recognize other team mates for their successes, and will be there in any event good or bad. When things do go bad, Judy is known for her humor or positivity to brighten up the day. Not only is she there for me workwise, she is also there for me when it comes to personal issues. She knows what I go through with my health issues and I appreciate her for being there when I vent about it. Judy can tell that I'm not feeling well just by looking at me, and will try to make me feel better, even if it means giving me a ginger candy, causing me to have a hot flash.     I came to the team in the start of February after many of them and also their, now our, fearless leader were promoted to Premier Sales. It was a bit of a rocky start, transitioning to a different leader and style of management, however this team, this family, has grown strong and is the epitome of what it means to be ONE Wells Fargo. There is an obvious camaraderie and integrity in each individual and they all strive to be of the highest caliber. It is seldom that we find ourselves waking up and looking forward to going to work to be with those that make us smile and laugh. There have been good times and bad, but through it all they have come out ahead and are the envy of many in that their positive energy is contagious. There is a running joke that visiting bankers from other teams "should pay rent" as they frequent our area being drawn in by the afore mentioned positivity. They truly are and live the newly minted Vision and Values of our great company with vigor and dedication.

My husband and I have recently paid our daughter's college tuition in full, so I discovered that we have some disposable income. I had my nails manicured for the 1st time in almost four years. To make a long story short, which I'm not very good at, I adopted a puppy for Valentine's Day as a gift to my husband.
    This team helped me to make wise financial decisions regarding dog ownership…

    I would like to recognize this team of Sales people for assisting me through my most recent life event. My husband and I have recently paid our daughter's college tuition in full, so I discovered that we have some disposable income. I had my nails manicured for the 1st time in almost four years. To make a long story short, which I'm not very good at, I adopted a puppy for Valentine's Day as a gift to my husband.
    This team helped me to make wise financial decisions regarding dog ownership since Financial Health is so intricately tied in with physically health. Things such as:
    Healthy dog food versus lower cost and substandard quality are deciding factors when it comes to exorbitant trips to the veterinarian.
    The purchase of some well made toys now will save your shoes later (Brit you know that is the Spring and Fall discussion I have with my husband annually!).
    Using a harness to train the dog so that he learns to comingle with people. Proper training can allay expensive lawsuits due to dog bites.
    Dog owners are more likely to reach their fitness goals
    The adoption of my puppy was more than just a transaction; it was about building a relationship. From the pile of ever-growing doggie stuff under my desk to finding the stash of mail carts so that I could borrow one to transport my purchase trophies from car to desk and back again (Thank you again Adam Flexer and Matt Raab). I even ended up with the shouldbepatentedbyBB blue bow to go around the puppy's neck. (Thank you Brittney Byrd)
    This month of buying, hiding, and surprising has been awesome. Thank you for the many conversations we had cube-side.
