    As Camp Director from 2013-2017, I led a leadership team of 8 volunteers in planning and coordination of a week-long summer camp for 85 local foster children between the ages of 6-11. Responsibilities included volunteer selection, volunteer training, and coaching of staff through challenging situations with campers and personnel. I was also responsible for designing and coordinating the fundraising efforts for our camp. Under my leadership, we increased the annual amount fundraised from $20,000 to nearly $85,000/year.

    I currently serve as Camp Trainer for the National organization, providing week-long intensive training for new Camp Directors, equipping them to launch similar camps in their region.
