About

Providing leadership, insight and vision around diversity, equity, inclusion, access and belonging along with building workforce and community relationships are very important to me. My goal is to ensure each person I come in contact with understands both my personal intention and the organization’s intention around diversity/equity/inclusion. A strong equity strategy, diversity initiatives and inclusion efforts create a workforce that I am excited to be part of. I take pride in working for a company/organization that values and embraces differences, makes racial equity a priority and recognizes that this work is a worthwhile journey.
