A critical benefit is the support and encouragement we provide each other throughout the job search. We often have speakers who discuss topics such as how to work with HR people, improving resumes, networking skills, and aimed at winning a new job.

This collaborative initiative by volunteers, The Greater Richmond Partnership, The Economic Development Offices of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and the City of Richmond provides information to help recruit and retain business in the area.
The efforts of volunteers in the Greater Richmond area have resulted in completion of hundreds of business climate assessments annually.
This ongoing effort supports the Business First Economic Development program.
