How can you avoid bias in analyzing your competitor's customer journey?
Avoiding some form of bias in analyzing a competitor's customer journey is impossible. Without the subjective and objective feedback from peers and colleagues, our assessment would be without credible merit. There are various ways I have seen marketing analysts I work with maintain more healthy perspectives of objectivity; numbers and data tend to be one of the ways I see analysts keep greater authenticity in making qualitative assessments about the customer journey and accurate personas. Also more algorithmic tools like those provided by Hubspot and other CRM platforms give data points based on behaviors and lend a lesser focus on qualitative measures that can be subjective. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-a-journey-report

How do you integrate multiple brand communication channels?
In each of our channels we aim to communicate a specific message that corresponds to the strengths of that platform. For instance, LinkedIn works well to identify companies and individuals who are engaging with specific topical ideas our company embraces. Social Media-allows us to share video and graphics content that is aligned with the culture and values of our company...people in community, culture that cares, and fun nerdy data geeks celebrating numbers and metrics. Email-gives us a platform to talk directly to our clients and prospects on an opt-in platform with relevant helpful content. Event Sponsorship-is a canvasing tool to test new groups that might have culture like ours...places our tribe congregates for fun and growth.
