This article highlights research that speaks to the importance of having brand consistency, which I wholeheartedly agree with. While its main focus is on brand guidelines for consistent design and content, I’d take it a significant step forward. In services businesses brand consistency is also (and more importantly) about how your people deliver on the brand values and promise with your clients and with each other each and every day.
