“It takes time to realize how much of an asset Jill is to her team. She can lead, she can manage a project, she can give expert advice, she can rescue a team, and she can see what others can’t. She always said more with a sentence or two than I could say in several paragraphs. She has enriched the City in immeasurable ways and will continue to be successful in any endeavor.”
