    Approximately 430,000 SF, new 2400 student high school. The campus includes athletic fields, a field house, and JV stadium in addition to the main academic building. Programs include Biotechnology, Forensics, Welding, Construction Trades, Mechatronics, Graphics, Anatomy / Physiology, Cosmetology, and Health Science.

  • Smith and Hornsby-Dunlap Elementary School Replacement Campuses

    These two schools have matching, 103,000 SF floor plans and are designed to replace two aging elementary schools in Del Valle ISD. The new footprints include grade-level classroom wings, sensory elements, highly developed outdoor play spaces, and incorporate historical murals from the school buildings they replaced

  • Hutto 9th Grade Center

    -

    New 9th Grade Center for 1000 Students in Hutto, Texas. This project is approximately 165,000 SF and is designed to grow in the future to become the District's second comprehensive high school. The new 9th-grade center includes three academic houses designed to support the district's blended learning model. Tha campus includes a JV gymnasium with associated weight rooms & locker rooms, a band/choir hall, and a central dining commons.

  • Nature to Neighborhood Studio

    -

    An open-air studio promotes student exploration of nature, science and the arts at Laurel Mountain Elementary. The Nature to Neighborhood Studio is a one-room structure surrounded by nature. A rainwater cistern and solar array with battery storage make this building 100% off-grid. Creative use of every day materials including a metal building, rebar and perforated, corrugated metal panel kept costs in check while continuing the feel of dappled sunlight in the adjacent wood land.

    Phase 1 of the New San Gabriel Campus. This Projects is 112,000 SF, 3-story educational building for Austin Community College. The project includes a Master Plan of the 100 Acre site. The new building will house classrooms, offices, student life, registration and financial aid and and ACCelerator/Library space. The new campus handles 100% of water quality treatment though rain gardens, bioswales and re-irrigation, eliminating the need for a water quality pond. The ACC San Gabriel Campus…

  • Austin Independent School District: Performing Arts Center

    New Central Performing Arts Center serving 83,000 AISD students. Facility is 68,000 SF and includes a 1200 seat Theatre, 250 seat Black Box Theatre, 4,000 SF Dance Studio and 100 seat Multipurpose Room. Project includes a pocket park and 440 car, 5 story parking garage located in the Mueller Development. Designed in Association with MiroRivera Architects. The AISD PAC received a LEED Gold Rating and the Austin Green Building 5-Star Rating.
