R.A.M. is an employee engagement oriented safety initiative encompassing Soft Tissue Injury prevention education, risk assessment, and immediate behavior modification coaching.
R.A.M.’s goal is to help employees avoid STI by enabling them to Recognize at risk behaviors, Achieve risk free task execution, and Maintain injury free performance.
R.A.M. begins with Injury Prevention Training, training individuals on behavior specific at risk…Recognize. Achieve. Maintain.
R.A.M. is an employee engagement oriented safety initiative encompassing Soft Tissue Injury prevention education, risk assessment, and immediate behavior modification coaching.
R.A.M.’s goal is to help employees avoid STI by enabling them to Recognize at risk behaviors, Achieve risk free task execution, and Maintain injury free performance.
R.A.M. begins with Injury Prevention Training, training individuals on behavior specific at risk scenarios and safe alternatives. R.A.M. progresses to on site Task Observations, assessing individual performance as to risk for STI (whether at risk or safe) by identifying task specific habits, positions or postures. Immediate Coaching is provided in the field, encouraging safe behaviors and correcting at risk behaviors with safe alternatives. R.A.M. cycles back to Injury Prevention Training by providing direct supervision with modules to engage employees with group discussion on preferred practices, and best practices for non-enabling situations.
R.A.M. is strictly an initiative in injury prevention and discomfort resolution and is not a substitute for medical treatment.Other creatorsSee project
