    “Jennifer is a person of boundless energy --she picks up the ball, runs, and scores while everyone else is debating what the next play should be. She can manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as anyone I've known, and she never falls into the trap of letting the perfect become the enemy of the good (its sometimes hard to draw that line, but Jennifer does it). She is persistent but always gracious. This being DC, it's fair to observe that she knows "everyone", and I suspect "everyone" regards her as highly as I do.”
