“I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff at both SSC/SPi as well as Bolder Healthcare Solutions/Cognizant. In both instances, I often referred to Jeff as the "fixer". When we needed something done that was difficult, under tight timelines, complicated and key to the success of the organization, Jeff was the answer. Over the years he successfully completed many projects that we key to the success of the company. At SSC, we were in desperate need to correct major problems in our customer service department. Jeff stepped in and fixed issues with hardware, software, metrics and people, dramatically improving performance and both patient and client satisfaction. At Bolder Healthcare, Jeff led the launch of the company's largest client. This required hiring and training of staff globally, supporting implementation of various process and systems, client relations and operational excellence. He came through with phenomenal results exceeding revenue expectations across the board. While I have always enjoyed working with Jeff, having him as a key member of my leadership team was vital to the success of my business unit. He was the go to team member for nearly anything I needed. He works hard and is always focused on the success of the company and the client. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Jeff again and would strongly recommend him for any revenue cycle role.”
