    I developed a core structured system that encompasses a 10-pillar strategy that has been applied to most retail sectors. These retail concepts are a series of compounding ideas that create an overall advantageous synergistic effect. This retail manual was created to assist any new or experienced retail leader (department manager up to the C-Suite executive) business owner, founder/CEO, entrepreneur, human resources professional, high school student, college student, or retail intern with acclimating to an experiential retail environment.

    I strategically wrote the book from an "Empirical Results" standpoint as opposed to a "Theoretical Ideas" perspective, i.e., verifiable and actionable results versus conceptual possibilities. When the 10-pillar system {which is portable and reproducible} is executed consistently, it is a proven blueprint towards achieving "sustained" retail and business success.
