    With my dear friends at Haynes & Boone, Carrot Ink effectively created new case law as to establishing personal jurisdiction on an out of state defendant whom had never set foot in the state of Texas in regard to prosecuting a civil action against a cybersquatter.
    This case has been cited in over 20 Federal Cases, from Puerto Rico to California, as well as cited in 2 law reviews and 3 text books.
