    TEC-RI is a non-profit energy consortium comprised of manufacturers, businesses and institutions, that was founded in the early 1980's. We are the only statewide organization representing the energy interests of commercial, industrial and institutional customers at the State House or at the Public Utilities Commission. We also work with our members to help them understand the complex of energy programs and policies in order to help them cope with cost increases and to lower costs. We do this…

    TEC-RI is a non-profit energy consortium comprised of manufacturers, businesses and institutions, that was founded in the early 1980's. We are the only statewide organization representing the energy interests of commercial, industrial and institutional customers at the State House or at the Public Utilities Commission. We also work with our members to help them understand the complex of energy programs and policies in order to help them cope with cost increases and to lower costs. We do this through educational meetings and individual assistance. Our membership includes some of the largest employers in the state. However, our activities benefit all sizes of energy customers and employers, including consumers, because our mission is to achieve affordable energy prices and a robust supply of power in Rhode Island. We seek to identify and encourage the lowest cost, most economical alternatives to accomplish these objectives. Our members are among the leaders in energy efficiency and innovative procurement approaches.

    Sat on a Board of 14 Directors in the role of Chairman of Membership Activities. We serviced 130+ purchasing professionals, representing 90+ companies throughout Western New England. Activities include, training, company tours, seminars, supplier exhibits, breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings with speakers at the top of their fields. Our annual Scholarship Golf Outing also provides up to 12 scholarships to local college students looking to further their education, overall, we've awarded 100+…
