“I had the absolute pleasure of having Jeffrey as an inaugural member of the Freshman Social Media Committee during his Freshman year at Hampden-Sydney. The committee was designed to make sure that the college's Admissions office was keeping current with our social media strategy and engagement, and Jeffrey distinguished himself from his peers in multiple ways. He was always on time to meetings and gave plenty of notice when he couldn't attend. He always had constructive ideas about ways the Admissions office could meaningfully engage via social media, and was an invaluable asset to the rest of the committee because of his ability to listen to others suggestions, provide feedback, and engender better discussions and ideas. Furthermore, he was always first to jump on ad hoc tasks, and was very generous with his time and skills in providing material for various social channels. Though my only direct managerial experience with Jeffrey was during his freshman year of college, he displayed an unusually high degree of professionalism for a student of his age, and I have no doubt that he has continued to build on his already tremendous skillset. ”
