    The sales force was tasked to sell all new licenses, including add on and cross sell licenses. As a result, the company couldn't scale as there was no sales focused teams. I was tasked to create, run, develop, and train a staff of Account Managers (very similar to Customer Success activities) to on-board customers, engage with customers quarterly to know usage, help facilitate the customer when working with support as needed, to grow the license count, to sell other products, and to work with the Renewals Team to ensure that the customer renews and churn is reduced. Before I left Netwrix, both teams contributed roughly 40% of the global revenue for the company.

  • Creation of Renewals Team and management

    Before joining Netwrix, sales reps were involved with renewing perpetual customers and received a lower commission on renewal revenue vs. new license sales. As a result, they would sell more licenses to the customers instead of renewing them which is not a good long term strategy for the company. I was tasked to create, run, develop, and train a staff of Renewal Reps to reduce churn.
