    Chaired the first expedition/summit project that led to the successful summit of Mount Kilimanjaro by a team of 4 including 2 disabled veterans. The project's goal was pushing personal boundaries and overcoming limitations through mountaineering.

    In 2014-2015 developed curriculum for leadership instruction and development that focused on the power of mentorship in developing leaders for the organization.

    Co-lead the team that designed, launched and managed the 3/75 RR Innovation Cell; recognized by leaders across the Department of Defense as the most effective comprehensive tactical innovation pipeline.

  • Functional Fitness, Tactical Performance Training Systems

    -

    Designed and executed a multi-channel content strategy sharing military specific functional fitness strategies including video content and articles published in the Army Times resulting in becoming part of Army Cyber Command's training curriculum and reaching 1000s of military personnel.

  • Equine Assisted Learning for Military Leaders

    -

    Launched a combined pilot with the University of Kentucky and leaders from the 101st Airborne Division exploring how equine assisted learning can enhance leadership skills. The project moved from problem curation to full program used across the battalion as a training tool to develop non-verbal, emotional intelligence and leadership skills in small unit military leaders.
