    Assists in care taking of rescued domestic, farm & exotic animals on a weekly basis. Some of the tasks include dog walks, care and feeding of horses, donkeys, pigs, camels, emus, etc... tending to all of the animals'​ enclosures and upkeep and upgrades to the grounds of the sanctuary. Settler's Pond is an animal sanctuary about an hour south of Chicago proper. It operates as a rescue for animals that can no longer be cared for, found animals, as well as animals seized by law (animal hoarding…

    DuPage Pads is an organization that provides food, shelter, and assistance to the homeless in the suburbs of Chicago. I've assisted in setting up for evening shifts, cooking and serving food, set up and organization of the sleeping arrangements for the patrons, helped with laundry, and been onsite to help individuals with their needs at the time.

BKV was tasked with creating a new look that stayed true to the storied brand while leveraging the best practices of user experience design and direct response marketing. Throw into the mix the need for a robust Content Management System to house all the one-off landing pages and you have the recipe for a flagship project. Our team of UX designers and CMS gurus dug in and accepted the challenge head on. Not only did our efforts pay off in the form of an award nominated website, but we've optimized what began as a set of good performing pages into a conversion-centric sales tool dedicated to generating leads and fostering more sales.
