    EvergreenHealth Chief Information Officer (CIO), Jason Wood, was named 2022 Seattle CIO of the Year, ‘Large Corporate’ category which spans all industries, in a June 24 ceremony hosted by the Inspire CIO Leadership Network. At this morning’s event, he was presented with an ORBIE Award in recognition of his exceptional leadership in technology, innovation, and vision, and for representing the characteristics and qualities that inspire others to achieve their potential.

    EvergreenHealth Chief Information Officer (CIO), Jason Wood, was named 2022 Seattle CIO of the Year, ‘Large Corporate’ category which spans all industries, in a June 24 ceremony hosted by the Inspire CIO Leadership Network. At this morning’s event, he was presented with an ORBIE Award in recognition of his exceptional leadership in technology, innovation, and vision, and for representing the characteristics and qualities that inspire others to achieve their potential.

    We’re very pleased – and not surprised – that Jason has been recognized regionally for his exceptional skill, leadership and service. Jason is a big-picture IT leader whose intellect and technical skill have enabled him to successfully manage IT systems throughout our health system – a 318-bed medical center and four medical specialty buildings in Kirkland; a 72-bed hospital and a medical specialty building in Monroe; and thirteen community-based facilities that provide access to primary and urgent care. Each division provides unique IT challenges and since he joined EvergreenHealth in March of 2021, Jason and his team have provided unparalleled service, bringing everyone together to make the patient experience as seamless as possible.
