“I had the pleasure of working with Jason for the past couple years, on the Think 2021, IBM Events homepage, and Think 2022 projects. During that time he acted as Digital Strategist & Lead for those projects, and we had contact on a daily-basis. Jason was my primary interface with the Events team, and he made my work so much easier and more pleasant, always bringing a good positive attitude with good sense of humor. A high skilled professional who always challenged me to bring out my best to our projects, Jason is very knowledgeable on data analytics, and taught me a lot on that field, and what truly means to make data driven decisions. During our time working together he also helped me develop a lot of my soft skills, such as presenting, reporting to leadership, organizing the project flow & roadmap, and being resilient in face of constant changes. He's quick to adapt, and can navigate the complex environment of a multinational company such as IBM with ease. His understanding of the company overall strategy and direction helped me respond better to the major changes we had to go through within our project these past couple years, and he was always ready to share knowledge and insights whenever I felt like I needed help, and for that I am extremely thankful. Jason's ability to manage complex workstreams is also very impressive. Being in his position, he needed to stay on top of several different teams that were working in parallel, so that we could ensure we had what we needed to be successful, by the time we needed. That includes managing all the work & requirements from different geo teams, with different timezones and cultures. Lastly, he's overall commitment to work is just inspiring, he would often lend a hand on areas that he didn't necessarily needed to be involved with, just to help us get through difficult times of high workload. I told him that multiple times, and I'll say it again, I'd be happy and glad to be part of any team Jason is ever on, and I hope we have the opportunity to work on more projects together in the future!”
