    Post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms provide a rapid and flexible avenue for control of
    inflammatory responses. These post-transcriptional mechanisms are critical in coordinating the initiation
    and resolution of inflammatory responses. The variety of post-transcriptional control mechanisms that
    regulate the initiation and resolution of inflammation necessitate profiling of these pathways at the
    protein level. We present a microfluidic protein immunoblotting technique to rapidly and efficiently probe
    inflammatory pathway activation. Compared to traditional immunoblotting methods, our microfluidic
    technique allowed for rapid detection of multiple inflammatory mediators from single samples with lower
    limits of detection and lower antibody amounts. Additionally, our technique allowed us to probe several
    inflammatory pathways in parallel in samples with low protein abundance further demonstrating the
    strength of our approach.
