    Education

    Faith and Freedom is non-traditional, operating as a book and video discussion group. Our material is selected by our curriculum committee. We have no designated class teacher; discussions are led by member volunteers who sign up on a weekly basis. Though not always theological in nature, the committee’s selections are thought provoking and generate lively class participation. Each year we distribute the funds we raise from volunteer activities to member nominated charities.

  • 1789 Venture Lab

    Founded 1789 in 2013 to give early-stage founders a place to call home. Most but not all of 1789's ventures are born on UNC's campus and we provide relevant mentors and business coaches, legal, accounting and digital marketing assistance, programming events, and 24/7 access to what has to be the coolest office space in all of Chapel Hill, overlooking Franklin Street and UNC's campus.
