Today, as we commemorate Juneteenth, we reflect on a profound moment in American history—the emancipation of the last enslaved African Americans in 1865. It’s a day that underscores the vital importance of effective communication and serves as a powerful reminder to self-reflect on our communication practices. Are we ensuring that vital information reaches our teams without unnecessary delays? Are we filtering the right amount of information to keep our teams informed without overwhelming them?
