How can you ensure group engagement and investment in projects?
If your stakeholders don’t see the purpose or value in what you’re doing, it’s a non-starter. You have to perform the due diligence ahead of time to know what your stakeholders want and present the key elements that will get them on board. Project management is a lot of work before, during, and after when it comes to stakeholder management. Do not skimp — it’s the difference between success and failure.
