Ilona Torres is the North America Learning and Development Program Manager at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS). In this role, she is responsible for providing learning opportunities based on the business needs and focuses on enhancing the professional development offerings for WTS employees. In addition, she leads the WTS Graduate Rotational Program. This structured program allows recent undergrads to participate in different rotating positions in multiple business functions while attending key sessions and learning essential communication and leadership skills.

Ilona has held previous roles in the hospitality industry for over ten years and in the home building and manufacturing industry for four years. In addition, with seven years as a Human Resources professional, she has employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, talent development, and Environmental Health and Safety experience.

She earned her B.A. in Corporate Communications from Penn State Abington and her M.A. from Rider University in Organizational Leadership, Developing People and Organizations.
