    As the world becomes more global and demographics continue to shift so are the expectations of leaders. We are asking business professionals what traits they admire most in the leaders they work with and what traits they believe will be important in the future. Are the the same or different across generations? In different regions of the world? Across cultures?

    The global study results will be revealed at the ATD International Conference in Orlando on May 18, 2015.
