What steps can you take to start your own franchise?
Choosing a franchise is the most important, and often least predictable part of the process. Many of my clients come into the process thinking they know what they want, but more often than not they end up discovering a brand, in an industry, that is a perfect fit, checking all of the boxes, that they hadn't considered before. Earning potential is important, but equally important is making sure you choose a franchise you'll love as much ten years from now as you do on grand opening day. The last thing you want to do is invest time, energy, and money into creating just another job you'll quickly grow to resent. This is where a good franchise consultant is valuable as we're able to help you see what's in your blind spots.

How do you demonstrate your credibility and expertise as a franchise consultant to your clients and lenders?
My brokerage, Quantum Franchise Group, approaches our work with every client with an "integrity first" commitment. Nothing is more important to us than helping our clients find the perfect franchise for them, even if it means a lower commission for us. We use a powerful assessment tool, along with information gleaned from our discovery call to make sure we present clients only with concepts that will be the best fit. Our expertise comes from being part of the leading association of franchise professionals, The Franchise Brokers Association. We are backed by an outstanding team of professionals who assist with research and development to make sure we present candidates with the most comprehensive information for only the best franchises.

Your lead generation process is falling short. How can you turn it around?
Every success begins with intention, proceeds with effective strategy, and ends with timely iterations. First, determine the number of leads you need, every day, 365 days, to reach your revenue target and don't stop until you reach that daily goal. Second, implement effective strategies to ensure that the highest percentage of those leads possible come to you passively, while you sleep. Third, be an insatiable learner, watching trends, adopting and adapting to new technologies and methodologies as they emerge. Don't seek to simply mimic what everyone else who appears successful is doing. You'll just become a clone lost in the crowd. Look for what others are NOT doing, and then do those things with maximum effectiveness.

Poverty Alleviation
During my years as a volunteer with S.I.F.A.T. I made five trips to Bolivia and one trip to Ecuador.
The focus of each trip was the care and empowerment of impoverished children. In Bolivia I returned five times to the same rain forest village to assist with the building of a self-sustaining boarding house and campus which enabled children from distant villages to continue their education through high school graduation while learning techniques of sustainable agriculture.

In Ecuador I volunteered time toward the completion of a network of daycare centers which provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for abandoned children in the slum areas of Quito. -

Stop Being a Boss and Lead
Far too many work environments today are cesspools of mediocrity. It wasn't always this way, but in recent generations something dire has happened to the work ethic of our society.

It wasn't always this way, but in recent generations something dire has happened to the work ethic of our society.
Every so often you hear of a company or an organization that grabs headlines, generates buzz about performing at the top of their industry, and becomes known as a place from which few leave while a crowd of applicants waits to get through the door. Some of those generations were born that way. Some of them had previously been places where dreams of excellence go to die. What made the difference?
In both environments the difference was made by the presence of men and women who chose to rise above being "a boss" and began leading as revolutionaries, generals, and humanitarians. They introduced freshness, creativity, and positive energy that cleansed the workplace environment, neutralized toxicity, and enabled excellence to go viral.
Stop Being a Boss and Lead introduces principles and practices to help you rise above simply being "a boss" and become a leader who creates a culture of excellence and leaves a legacy that will live on in future leaders who were shaped by your greatness.

This style of person will seek to maintain a position of dominance, both in terms of personal authority and control, but also in a social sense - they like to feel that they are not only respected by those working with them, but also genuinely liked.
Challenge is a keyword for this type of person - they thrive in situations that others would find impossibly stressful and difficult to deal with. Their need for achievement means that they are willing to undertake almost any task to achieve success or recognition, and this driving, motivated approach lends them an urgency and energy rarely seen in other types.

INTJs are often seen as highly intelligent and perplexingly mysterious. INTJ personalities radiate self-confidence, relying on their huge archive of knowledge spanning many different topics and areas. INTJs usually begin to develop that knowledge in early childhood (the “bookworm” nickname is quite common among INTJs) and keep on doing that later on in life.
INTJs are very decisive, original and insightful – these traits push other people to accept the INTJ’s ideas simply because of that sheer willpower and self-confidence.
INTJ personalities are perfectionists and they enjoy improving ideas and systems they come in contact with. As INTJs are naturally curious, this tends to happen quite frequently. However, they always try to remain in the rational territory no matter how attractive the end goal is – every idea that is generated by the INTJ’s mind or reaches it from the outside needs to pass the cold-blooded filter called “Is this going to work?”. This is the INTJ’s coping mechanism and they are notorious for applying it all the time, questioning everything and everyone.
INTJ personalities also have an unusual combination of both decisiveness and vivid imagination. What this means in practice is that they can both design a brilliant plan and execute it.
INTJs dislike rules and artificial limitations – everything should be questionable and open to re-evaluation. They may be idealists (impossible is nothing) and cynics (everybody lies) at the same time. Whatever the circumstances, you can always rely on the INTJ to “fill in” the gaps in the idea – they are most likely to come up with an unorthodox solution.
