“I was brought in as a contractor to help with a project about the same time that Cassie took over the Implementation PMO group. The team was struggling with backlogged projects and poor communication. Cassie was instrumental in helping to rebuild the team and address the backlog. She worked to hire and train new PM's, coach those having issues and also worked closely with other departments to build relationships and understand what was needed to be successful. Through all of this she was both a great leader to her people guiding and coaching them and pushing when needed as well as a fierce advocate for our customers. She always strives to keep the customer at the center and look at issues from their lens to keep the team focused on the right outcomes. Cassie's strengths are her communication skills, organization, strong leadership and ability to build relationships across the organization to work together to service the customer. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again and think she would be an asset to any organization.”
