    In March 2024 I participated in a Prosci-sponsored evaluation of a custom ChatGPT Change Management Prompt Generator tool. The purpose of the tool was to generate a well crafted prompt template to be filled out and used with ChatGPT. The purpose of the evaluation was to score the prompt template. My approach consisted of this plus additional scope I added. My evaluation consisted of the following steps: (1) identify 4 CM task categories, (2) create two similar tasks for each category, one…

    ChatGPT's overall evaluation was as follows: "Overall, the generated prompt templates are highly effective for their intended tasks, offering clear, customizable, and comprehensive guidance for developing various assessment strategies and plans. The filled-in prompts and corresponding ChatGPT responses are highly effective, providing clear, detailed, and actionable strategies and plans for each assessment category."
