    In charge of developing a two phased approach for the Agency of Record for Tobacco Free Florida (AlmaAd) to improve the performance of the website for general market and US Hispanic. Phase 1 entailed conducting user interface audit, site content audit and conversion funnel audit for the final delivery of a recommendations report. Phase 2: based on our recommendations the project required UX improvements, design improvements, front end programming improvements and mobile upgrades to better service content to users for general market and US Hispanics.

    Results: 80% improvement of bounce rate to the US site, 12% improvement of mobile bounce rate, 78% improvement on site load time and increase pageviews by 1.7 pages.
