All activity is then sent to Supervisors who then review, make updates or kick back the reports for revision. Once approved the admins have clear visibility of activity across the country and spanning multiple dates. Once deemed as Ready reports, the system provides a formatted batch for easy loading into our Finance System. Many hours of manual entry saved and real time data validation on job and activity codes, staff and equipment assignment led to a very robust system.
